· Fiika aims to ship all product within 48 hours of receiving your order
· All shipping in Australia is a flat rate of $9.95 AUD and at should take 3-5 business to arrive in metro areas and 7-10 days in regional areas.
· Australia Post Tracking numbers will be sent via email once the order has been sent
Returns
· We offer refunds/returns on damaged goods only.
· If a good is received as damaged, notify us on info@fiikacandles.com.au within 2 days of receiving the goods.
· Once your refund has been processed, depending on your payment method, please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
